Here are some steps which helps you to create stained glass effect in any image you choose with the help of Photoshop cs.

1. Open an image in which you wish to give stained glass effect. Even though bitmap images are the best images in which you can make perfect stained glass effect, you can also try with the other images that you wish.

2. Click Filter>Texture>Stained Glass.

3. By doing the above process you will get a stained glass window. There are many properties for the stained glass window which makes the perfect stained glass effect on an image that you wish to do.

4. Click ok after doing the 4th step. You can try with any other values until you get the perfect stained glass effect.
