Fading effects in fireworks

fade image

The tutorial helps you to make use of the Command option to fade images in different ways, selecting different options. Vertical, horizontal, diagonal, radial and elliptical fading are available. In the fireworks you can also group vector objects and then fade them out and blend them into the background of a page using the Fade Image command. Following are the steps used.

1. Paste the clipped image on a white canvas.

2. Select the image and then click on Commands>Creative>Fade Image. A fade Image window appears.

3. Select any type of fading options and click OK. To increase or decrease the fade effect drag on the points that appeared along with the black lines. You will get a cool faded effect for your image and you can easily change the fade effect by just ungroup the object and remove the gradient object.
